The effects of Ganoderma lucidum include:
Wash 50g of Ganoderma lucidum, put in a kettle and cook with 1 liter of water.
Let it boil for about 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat, wait 5-10 minutes, then turn on the low heat to continue cooking.
Cook until the water dries up to about 800ml, then drain the water.
Remove the mushrooms from the kettle, let cool, and then chop the mushrooms with a knife or scissors.
